OnePlus N6x Launched in India With 7000mAh Battery and 120Hz Display at Rs 18999

OnePlus has expanded its affordable smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the OnePlus N6x. The new device focuses on battery life and everyday performance, featuring a large 7000mAh battery, a 120Hz display and a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex processor.

The smartphone has been introduced in two storage configurations and will be available for purchase from August 4. Customers can buy the device through Amazon and OnePlus online store, with additional bank discounts and financing options available during the launch period.

The OnePlus N6x starts at Rs 18999 for the base model with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The higher variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs 20999. The company is also offering an instant discount of Rs 1500 on select bank cards along with a six month No Cost EMI option.

Available in Burgundy Red and Ice Blue colour options, the smartphone is designed for users looking for a feature rich device in the entry level segment. The phone will go on sale from 12 noon on August 4.

The device comes with a 6.8 inch HD Plus LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 900 nits peak brightness and 254 pixels per inch density. OnePlus has included features such as dark mode, eye protection mode, screen colour temperature adjustment and multiple display colour settings to improve viewing comfort.

Under the hood, the OnePlus N6x runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex octa core chipset paired with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. To manage heat during extended usage, the smartphone comes with a 13280 square millimetre vapour chamber cooling system.

The smartphone runs on Android 16 based OxygenOS 16 and supports dual SIM connectivity. The software experience includes OnePlus custom features while aiming to provide smooth performance for daily tasks, entertainment and multitasking.

For photography, the OnePlus N6x features a 13 megapixel rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture, CMOS sensor, autofocus support and 10x digital zoom capability. The front of the phone houses a 5 megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The device can record videos at up to 1080p resolution with 30 frames per second support.

Battery life is one of the biggest highlights of the smartphone. The 7000mAh battery supports 15W wired fast charging and 5W wired reverse charging, allowing users to get longer usage between charging sessions.

The phone measures 166.38 x 78.13 x 8.65 mm and weighs around 214 grams. With its large battery, high refresh rate display and budget focused pricing, the OnePlus N6x aims to attract buyers looking for a long lasting smartphone without moving into higher price categories.
