Many smartphone users are unaware that Reliance Jio provides a built in option to access detailed call records through its official MyJio app. The feature allows subscribers to review their calling activity without contacting customer support, making it easier to monitor personal usage or verify past calls whenever required.
The service offers more than just a list of recent calls. Users can view important details including the date of each call, the time it was made or received, the phone number involved, and the total duration of the conversation. This information can be useful for tracking communication history, checking usage patterns, or reviewing billing related details.
However, the convenience of this feature also highlights the importance of smartphone security. Since call records can be accessed directly through the MyJio app on a logged in device, users should ensure that their phones remain protected with a strong screen lock, fingerprint authentication, or facial recognition. To check call history, users must first have the MyJio app installed and signed in with their Jio mobile number. After opening the application, they need to select the Mobile section displayed on the home screen. The app provides preset options such as the last seven days, fifteen days, or thirty days. Those looking for a specific period can also select a custom date range to retrieve records within their preferred timeline.
According to the company, subscribers can access call history for up to 180 days through the app. After selecting the desired date range, users can choose how they want to receive the information. The statement can be viewed directly within the application, downloaded to the device for future reference, or sent to a registered email address.
