iQOO Neo 11 Ultra With 2K Display and 9100mAh Battery Launching Soon

iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is set to launch in China with a high resolution display, large battery and MediaTek chipset, while pre orders are already underway.

iQOO is preparing to expand its smartphone lineup in China with the upcoming Neo 11 Ultra. The new handset is scheduled to launch on August 18 alongside the iQOO Z11S, and buyers can already place pre orders for the devices.

The display is expected to be one of the major highlights of the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra. The phone will feature a flat 2K resolution touchscreen with a peak brightness of up to 2000 nits. iQOO says the panel uses F2 luminescent material and is designed to improve visibility in outdoor conditions.

The company has also focused on eye comfort. The display is expected to produce less than five percent harmful blue light and support a feature called Circular Polarized Light 2.0. According to iQOO, this technology is designed to provide a more natural viewing experience while reducing strain on the eyes.

Another notable feature is the 98 percent first frame brightness ratio, which should help the screen maintain better visibility when the phone is used outdoors. The panel is also expected to reach a minimum brightness of just 1 nit.

Under the hood, the Neo 11 Ultra is tipped to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M chipset. Earlier listings on the China Telecom website reportedly showed the device with multiple memory configurations, including 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage and 16GB RAM with 256GB or 512GB storage.

The battery could be another major selling point. The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra is expected to carry a large 9100mAh battery, which would put it among the more battery focused smartphones in its segment.

Design details have also started to emerge. The phone is expected to feature a metal frame with a matte finish, along with a 3D flowing light effect on the rear panel. Three colour options are reportedly planned.

The handset is also expected to feature a 6.83 inch display. While iQOO has confirmed several display related details, other specifications and pricing are expected to become clearer around the official launch.

The iQOO Neo 11 Ultra will make its China debut on August 18 alongside the iQOO Z11S. Its combination of a 2K display, large battery and Dimensity chipset could make it an interesting addition to the company’s Neo series.
