IRCTC Ayodhya Tour Package Offers Vande Bharat Journey for Ram Lalla Darshan

For devotees planning a visit to Ayodhya, IRCTC has introduced a special two day pilgrimage package that combines comfortable train travel with temple visits and essential travel facilities. Named Ram Lalla Darshan Ayodhya, the package offers an opportunity to visit the sacred city through a well organized itinerary that includes Vande Bharat Express travel, hotel accommodation, meals, and local sightseeing.

Ayodhya holds a special place in Hindu tradition as the birthplace of Lord Rama and is located on the banks of the holy Sarayu River in Uttar Pradesh. The ancient city, also known as Saket, was once the capital of the Kosala kingdom and is considered one of the seven most important sacred cities in Hinduism. Due to its deep connection with the Ramayana, millions of devotees visit Ayodhya every year.

The IRCTC tour package is designed to make the pilgrimage more convenient for travelers by covering major religious destinations. The itinerary includes visits to Ram Lalla Temple, Sarayu Ghat, Hanuman Garhi, and Kanak Bhawan. Along with spiritual experiences, the package also takes care of travel arrangements, accommodation, and food requirements.

The journey begins from Anand Vihar Terminal in Delhi, where passengers board the Vande Bharat Express at 6:10 AM. Travelers will travel in the Chair Car category on train number 22426. The package is operated every Friday and Saturday, making it easier for devotees to plan a short weekend pilgrimage.

After reaching Ayodhya Cantt Railway Station at around 2:30 PM, passengers will be transferred to the hotel for check in. The accommodation is arranged at Hotel Taraji Resort or a similar property. Later in the day, visitors will get an opportunity to experience the peaceful atmosphere of Sarayu Ghat followed by a scheduled darshan of Ram Lalla Temple. Dinner and overnight stay will be provided at the hotel.

The package includes vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the journey. Meals served during the Vande Bharat journey and hotel stay are included as part of the tour plan, allowing passengers to focus on their spiritual visit without worrying about additional arrangements.

The cost of the IRCTC Ayodhya tour varies depending on the type of accommodation selected. Single occupancy is priced at ₹16,170, while the cost for double sharing is ₹10,950 and triple sharing is ₹9,700. For children between five and eleven years, the package costs ₹9,360 with a bed and ₹8,980 without a bed.

IRCTC has also mentioned that the final package price will depend on the rates applicable at the time of booking. Any increase in railway charges or additional expenses may require travelers to pay the difference before departure.

The two day schedule is planned to provide devotees with a comfortable spiritual experience within a short duration.
