Along with that, daily exercise, balanced nutrition, avoiding smoking and alcohol, maintaining healthy weight and managing stress can significantly reduce risk.

In simple terms, a normal cholesterol report does not guarantee complete protection from heart disease. Heart health depends on overall lifestyle and multiple internal factors working together. Medical attention should be sought immediately if any warning signs appear, as timely action can save lives.
