Modi France Slovakia Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has commenced a week long diplomatic visit to France and Slovakia, a trip expected to focus on strengthening international partnerships and addressing major global challenges. The visit will also include India’s participation in the upcoming G7 Summit.

Highlighting the importance of France in India’s foreign policy, Modi said the relationship between the two nations has reached new heights in recent years. He noted that the visit provides an opportunity to review progress made in bilateral cooperation and explore new areas of collaboration.

During his stay in France, Modi is scheduled to meet Emmanuel Macron in Nice. The discussions are expected to cover strategic cooperation, economic engagement, and key international issues of shared interest. The meeting follows the recent elevation of India and France relations to a Special Global Strategic Partnership.
