The visit will also include India’s participation in the upcoming G7 Summit.
Highlighting the importance of France in India’s foreign policy, Modi said the relationship between the two nations has reached new heights in recent years. He noted that the visit provides an opportunity to review progress made in bilateral cooperation and explore new areas of collaboration.
During his stay in France, Modi is scheduled to meet Emmanuel Macron in Nice. The discussions are expected to cover strategic cooperation, economic engagement, and key international issues of shared interest. The meeting follows the recent elevation of India and France relations to a Special Global Strategic Partnership.
A major highlight of the tour will be India’s participation in the G7 Summit. Modi said the invitation reflects the confidence that global partners place in India and its growing influence on the world stage. This marks the eighth consecutive G7 Summit to which India has been invited.

In Bratislava, Modi is expected to hold talks with Peter Pellegrini and Robert Fico. Discussions will focus on enhancing cooperation in various sectors and expanding bilateral engagement.
