Yash’s Mother Pushpa Hits Back at Toxic Negativity
Yash’s mother Pushpa has strongly criticized negative publicity surrounding Toxic, defending her son’s journey and rejecting comparisons linking him to terrorism.

Pushpa, mother of Kannada star Yash, has strongly reacted to the negative publicity surrounding his upcoming film Toxic. She questioned why some people were targeting her son as his career continued to grow.
Speaking about the controversy, Pushpa said Yash was born and raised in Karnataka and came from an ordinary family before building a successful career in the film industry. She strongly objected to the comparisons being made between her son and a terrorist.
Pushpa also recalled Yash’s standing in the Kannada film industry before KGF brought him nationwide recognition. She said he had already established himself as a successful star in Kannada cinema through several hit films before KGF changed the scale of his popularity.
Her comments also appeared to respond indirectly to earlier remarks by producer Allu Aravind, who had said that Yash was not widely known before KGF. Pushpa stressed that the actor already had a strong fan base and identity in Karnataka at that time.
Addressing the criticism surrounding Toxic, Pushpa said her family would not be intimidated by attempts to damage Yash’s image. She maintained that she knows the effort her son has put into his career and expressed confidence that such attempts would not succeed.
Toxic has attracted considerable attention since its announcement, while discussions and criticism around the project have continued online. Yash’s fans have also alleged that some of the negativity surrounding the film is deliberate, making Pushpa’s latest remarks particularly significant.
