Chiranjeevi Morphing Videos Trigger Police Case Against YouTube Channel

A complaint over fake Chiranjeevi health related videos has led to a police case after alleged morphed content spread across social media platforms and raised concerns over misinformation.

Hyderabad police have registered a case against a YouTube channel for allegedly circulating morphed videos and misleading content related to actor Chiranjeevi’s health condition. Authorities began action after claims surfaced that manipulated visuals and false information were being spread widely on social media.

According to police officials, a complaint was submitted by advocate Ramakrishna Miryala from Kamalapuri Colony. He alleged that the channel shared fabricated videos and edited photographs that could damage the actor’s public image and create unnecessary confusion among people.

As part of the complaint, screenshots and video materials linked to the viral content were also handed over to the police for examination. The issue gained attention after concerns were raised over the rapid spread of misinformation involving the popular actor.

Police stated that the case was officially registered after obtaining court permission. Investigators are now examining the uploaded content and looking into the source behind the videos as part of the ongoing probe.
