Boat Capsizes Near Vietnam Island Leaving 15 Indian Tourists Dead

A tragic boating accident near Vietnam’s Phu Quoc Island claimed the lives of 15 Indian tourists, while search and rescue operations continued as authorities worked to determine the full extent of the disaster.

According to local officials, the boat was carrying 32 Indian tourists along with four crew members when it overturned near Hon May Rut Ngoai Island, close to the popular tourist destination of Phu Quoc. Authorities are still verifying the total number of casualties and survivors.
