A Gwalior couple’s unusual kissing car reel went viral online, but the attention soon brought police action, a traffic fine and an unexpected cleanup.
3400 Kisses on Car, Police Fine: A social media stunt involving a car and thousands of lipstick marks has ended with police action in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
The incident began after a young woman reportedly kissed her boyfriend’s car around 3,400 times using lipstick. The couple recorded the unusual act and shared the video online, hoping it would attract attention.
The reel quickly gained traction and reportedly went viral within 24 hours. However, the popularity of the video also caught the attention of local police.
Using the vehicle’s registration number shown in the video, police traced the car to its owner, identified as Aditya. Authorities subsequently took action over an alleged traffic rules violation and imposed a fine of Rs 5,500.
The police also made sure the viral stunt left no lasting mark on the vehicle. The lipstick impressions covering the car were cleaned off after the owner was stopped.
What started as an attempt to create a viral kissing car reel therefore ended with an unexpected fine and a very different kind of attention for the young man.
