It is not just what you eat that matters, but when you eat it. The same healthy fruit can feel completely different in the body depending on the timing.

According to Ayurvedic principles, the digestive fire does not remain equally strong throughout the day. It rises and falls based on time and body rhythm. Fruits digest quickly, which is why they are best when the stomach is light.
