Film Stars Back NEET Protest as Salman Khan and Pradeep Ranganathan Voice Support

Support for the student movement over the alleged NEET paper leak has continued to grow, with several well known actors publicly expressing solidarity and calling for meaningful reforms in the examination system.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan shared a message backing the students, describing the paper leak issue as a serious concern that deserves immediate attention. He said young people striving for a better education system should be encouraged rather than discouraged and urged that the movement remain focused on improving academic standards instead of becoming a political issue.

In his social media message, Salman also expressed sympathy for students who were reportedly injured during the protests. He praised the determination shown by the protesters, saying their commitment to education reflects a positive vision for the country’s future. He further expressed hope that the government would take constructive steps to strengthen the education system and restore confidence among students.

Tamil actor Pradeep Ranganathan also reacted to the developments, criticizing the reported police action against demonstrators. In a brief social media post, he urged authorities not to answer students’ questions with the use of batons, highlighting the need for a peaceful approach while addressing public concerns.
