iQOO has launched the Z11 in India, bringing a combination of a large battery, curved display and camera focused hardware to the mid range smartphone segment.

The phone was introduced in India on August 20 alongside the new iQOO Buds TWS earbuds. It will be sold through Amazon and the iQOO online store, with the company offering the smartphone in two colour options.

Pricing was one of the key talking points ahead of the launch. A leaked figure from tipster Abhishek Yadav suggested an effective price of Rs 31499 after applicable bank offers. The official retail pricing and offers, however, remain the figures buyers should check at the time of purchase.

The display is among the major highlights of the iQOO Z11. It features a 3D curved AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and up to 2000 nits of brightness. The curved design gives the phone a more premium appearance while the high brightness should help with outdoor visibility.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Dimensity 7500 chipset. It can be configured with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, giving users enough room for apps, games and media.

iQOO is also promising extended software support. The Z11 is expected to receive three major Android updates along with five years of security updates, which should make the phone more appealing to buyers planning to keep it for several years.

Photography is handled by a dual camera system on the rear. The main camera uses a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with optical image stabilisation. It is paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera. For selfies and video calls, the phone carries a 32MP front camera.

Battery life is another major selling point. The iQOO Z11 packs a 7050mAh battery and supports fast charging, making it particularly interesting for users who spend long hours gaming, watching videos or browsing social media.

The phone also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for improved resistance against dust and water under specified testing conditions. This adds another layer of durability to a device that is otherwise focused heavily on performance and battery endurance.

With its large battery, curved AMOLED screen, Sony camera sensor and Dimensity chipset, the iQOO Z11 is positioned as a feature packed option for buyers looking around the Rs 30000 price segment.
