Redmi K100 Pro Series Launches With 200MP Camera and Huge Batteries

Redmi has expanded its premium smartphone lineup in China with the launch of the new K100 Pro series. The range includes the Redmi K100 Pro and Redmi K100 Pro Max, with both models focusing heavily on performance, photography and battery life.

The biggest difference between the two phones can be seen in their camera and processor configurations. The Redmi K100 Pro uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V, while the Pro Max is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Both devices also feature a dedicated D2 graphics chip alongside an Adreno GPU.

Battery capacity is one of the strongest highlights of the new phones. The Redmi K100 Pro packs an 8,580mAh battery, while the Pro Max gets an even larger 9,070mAh cell. Both models support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, giving users a combination of high capacity and fast charging.

The camera hardware is another major attraction. Both smartphones feature a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilisation. Both smartphones are offered in four colour options. Redmi has positioned the new models toward buyers looking for flagship level performance without giving up battery capacity or high end camera hardware.
