Itel Ace 3 Hera Launches at Just Rs 949 With Type C Charging and Massive Battery Backup

Itel has launched the affordable Ace 3 Hera with Type C charging, a 1000mAh battery, voice assistant, wireless FM, expandable storage and essential features for everyday users.

Itel has introduced the new Ace 3 Hera feature phone in India, targeting customers who want a simple and affordable handset with useful everyday features. Priced at Rs 949, the phone focuses on essential functions such as calling and messaging while adding conveniences that are usually associated with more expensive devices.

One of the biggest highlights of the Itel Ace 3 Hera is its Type C charging port. Itel says the phone is the first feature phone in this price segment to offer Type C charging. This means users can charge it with the same type of cable commonly used with many modern smartphones, making it more convenient than feature phones that still rely on older Micro USB connections.

Itel has also indicated that it plans to bring Type C charging to more of its feature phones in the future. The move could make charging accessories easier to manage for users who already have Type C cables at home.

The phone comes with a 1.8 inch display and a 1000mAh battery. According to the company, the battery can provide up to 13 days of standby time after a full charge. It also includes AI based battery optimisation and a Super Battery Mode, which are designed to help manage power consumption and extend battery life during regular use.

For users who prefer voice based functions, the Ace 3 Hera comes with the King Talker voice assistant. It supports both Hindi and English, allowing users to access voice assistance in either language.

The feature phone also offers wireless FM radio, FM recording and automatic call recording. Other useful additions include dual SIM support, a flashlight, Bluetooth connectivity and a 3.5mm headphone jack. These features keep the handset practical for people who mainly need basic communication and entertainment options.

In terms of memory, the phone comes with 32MB RAM and 32MB internal storage. Storage can be expanded up to 32GB using a Micro SD card. Users can also set songs stored on the memory card as ringtones, giving them more flexibility to personalise the handset.

The Ace 3 Hera can store up to 200 contacts, which should be sufficient for users who mainly need the phone for regular calls and basic communication. Its simple feature set also makes it suitable for people who do not need the apps and advanced functions found on smartphones.

The Itel Ace 3 Hera is priced at Rs 949 and is available through offline retail stores across India. At this price, the phone is aimed at budget conscious customers who prioritise long battery life, reliable calling, simple operation and convenient charging.

With its low price, Type C charging, 1000mAh battery and practical features, the Itel Ace 3 Hera offers a straightforward option in the feature phone segment. For buyers who want an affordable secondary phone or a basic handset for everyday communication, the new model could attract attention in the Indian market.
