Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift Debuts With Panoramic Sunroof And Premium Features
Mahindra has launched the updated Scorpio N in India with advanced technology improved safety premium comfort features and a refreshed cabin while retaining its powerful engine options and rugged appeal.

Mahindra has officially introduced the updated Scorpio N facelift in the Indian market, bringing a strong mix of modern technology, premium comfort and enhanced safety features. The latest version of the popular SUV starts at an introductory ex showroom price of Rs 13.69 lakh, while the top variant is priced up to Rs 25.49 lakh. Instead of making major styling changes, the company has focused on upgrading the overall driving and ownership experience with several new features.
One of the biggest highlights of the new Scorpio N is the addition of a panoramic sunroof, making its debut in the model lineup. Mahindra has also equipped the SUV with a 540 degree surround view camera, giving drivers better visibility during parking and off road driving. The cabin now features a larger 12.3 inch touchscreen infotainment system paired with a fully digital 10.25 inch instrument cluster, offering a more premium and connected experience.
The interior has received several meaningful upgrades, including a redesigned centre console and improved switchgear. Drivers can also access adventure related information such as engine performance, vehicle roll, pitch, compass, altimeter and G force readings directly through the digital display. A 65W USB Type C fast charging port has also been added for front passengers, making everyday use more convenient.
While the cabin has been modernised, Mahindra has retained the Scorpio N’s signature rugged design. The SUV continues with its bold boxy styling, chrome front grille, LED headlamps, C shaped LED daytime running lights, roof rails and side steps. Top variants now feature newly designed 18 inch dual tone diamond cut alloy wheels that add a more premium appearance. Buyers can choose from five exterior colours including Everest White, Galaxy Grey, Oceanic, Stealth Black and Deep Forest.
The feature list has been expanded significantly. The SUV now offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Alexa connectivity, a wireless phone charger, dual zone climate control, ventilated front seats, a power adjustable driver seat, a 12 speaker Sony sound system and an electronic parking brake. Customers can also select either a six seat or seven seat configuration depending on their family or travel requirements.
Mahindra has also strengthened the safety package in the updated Scorpio N. Standard safety equipment includes six airbags, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring system, hill hold assist, hill descent control, four disc brakes, driver drowsiness alert and ISOFIX child seat mounts. The flagship Z8L variant further raises the safety standard by offering Level 2 ADAS features such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist and traffic sign recognition.
Under the hood, the mechanical setup remains unchanged. The SUV continues with a 2.0 litre turbo petrol engine and a 2.2 litre diesel engine. Both engines are available with either a six speed manual or a six speed automatic transmission. Selected diesel variants also come with Mahindra’s 4XPLOR four wheel drive system for customers seeking better off road capability.
With its upgraded technology, improved comfort and expanded safety equipment, the refreshed Scorpio N is expected to strengthen Mahindra’s position in the competitive SUV segment. The familiar rugged design combined with practical new features makes it an attractive choice for buyers looking for a capable family SUV that is equally comfortable on city roads and long distance journeys. The latest updates are likely to draw strong interest from both existing Scorpio fans and new customers searching for a feature rich premium SUV.
