A series of powerful explosions rattled Dubai on Tuesday night after blasts were reported in the Jebel Ali industrial area, sending thick plumes of smoke into the sky and alarming residents across nearby neighborhoods. Local reports said at least seven loud explosions were heard within a span of about twenty minutes.
The explosions were followed by a major fire at a facility believed to be used for fuel storage and logistics near the port area. Satellite imagery circulating after the incident appeared to show flames and heavy smoke rising from the warehouse complex close to the Jebel Ali Port, one of the world’s busiest commercial harbors.

Following the incident, reports from Iranian state media claimed that the explosions were linked to Houthi activity, while Iraqi sources alleged that missiles had been launched from Yemen.
