Xiaomi Launches Ultra Thin 10000mAh Magnetic Powerbank With Fast Charging

Xiaomi has expanded its portable accessories lineup with the launch of a new ultra thin magnetic powerbank designed for users looking for compact size and fast charging support. The newly introduced Xiaomi Jinshajiang Ultra Thin Magnetic Powerbank combines a slim profile with high battery capacity, making it suitable for daily travel and smartphone charging needs.

The company has launched the device initially in China, where it is priced at 369 Yuan, which roughly converts to around Rs 5200 in Indian currency. The powerbank is currently available through the online shopping platform JD.com.

One of the biggest highlights of the new Xiaomi powerbank is its extremely compact design. The device measures only 13.2mm in thickness and weighs around 195 grams, making it easier for users to carry inside pockets, handbags, or backpacks without adding much bulk.

Despite its slim body, Xiaomi has packed a total battery capacity of 10000mAh into the device. The powerbank uses two 5000mAh battery cells internally to deliver extended backup for smartphones, tablets, and other portable gadgets.

Xiaomi claims the device is powered by an advanced GSR silicon carbon battery technology. According to the company, the battery offers an energy density of 840Wh per liter along with 16 percent silicon content. This allows the powerbank to maintain a high capacity while keeping the body thin and lightweight.

Fast charging support is another key feature of the device. The Xiaomi Jinshajiang powerbank supports up to 45W wired charging output, allowing compatible devices to charge much faster compared to standard portable chargers. In addition, the device also supports 30W and 27W charging modes.

Wireless charging functionality has also been included in the powerbank. Users get support for 20W magnetic wireless charging, which makes it compatible not only with Xiaomi smartphones but also with Apple iPhones supporting magnetic charging systems.

The company has included support for common charging standards such as QC and PD protocols, helping the powerbank work with a wide range of modern electronic devices. Xiaomi says the product has been designed to provide flexible charging solutions for both Android and iPhone users.

Safety features remain an important part of the new accessory. Xiaomi states that the powerbank includes protection systems against overcharging, overheating, short circuits, and over discharging. An intelligent temperature control chip has also been added to regulate heat during heavy usage or fast charging sessions.

According to the company, the device underwent multiple safety tests before launch. Xiaomi claims that no overheating or battery explosion related issues were observed during internal testing procedures.

Another interesting feature is battery health monitoring. Users can reportedly connect the powerbank to a computer to check battery related information and overall device health, adding more convenience for long term usage.

With smartphone users increasingly depending on portable charging solutions during travel, gaming, and outdoor work, Xiaomi’s latest compact magnetic powerbank appears to target consumers who want both portability and powerful charging performance in a single accessory.
