Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Sale Begins in India With Rs 7,000 Offer

Samsung has started selling the Galaxy S26 FE in India, bringing the latest Fan Edition smartphone from the Galaxy S26 family to customers. The phone was launched in the country last week and is now available through Samsung and other sales channels.

The Galaxy S26 FE is being offered in a single memory configuration in India. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage version is priced at Rs 79,999. Buyers can choose from Pistachio, Blueberry and Graphite colour options.

The launch offers make the phone more interesting for customers planning an upgrade. Selected bank cards can provide cashback of up to Rs 7,000, while eligible buyers can also choose a 12 month no cost bank EMI option.

Customers exchanging an existing smartphone can receive an exchange bonus of up to Rs 8,000, subject to the applicable terms. Samsung is also offering an upgrade bonus of Rs 3,000 through selected NBFC partners along with an option to choose no cost EMI for up to 30 months.

Buyers making their purchase through the Samsung e store can also access an 18 month bank EMI option. The exact benefit available will depend on the payment method, partner and eligibility conditions.

Moving to the hardware, the Galaxy S26 FE features a 6.7 inch Full HD Plus Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and can reach a claimed peak brightness of up to 1,900 nits.

The smartphone is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chipset and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. On the software side, it runs Android 17 with Samsung’s One UI 9 interface.

Samsung has equipped the phone with a 4,900mAh battery. It supports 45W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging, giving users both wired and wireless charging options.

The phone also carries an IP68 rating for protection against dust and water. An in display fingerprint scanner provides biometric security.

Photography is another major part of the Galaxy S26 FE package. The rear camera system includes a 50 megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilisation.

The main camera is accompanied by an ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and an 8 megapixel telephoto camera. For selfies and video calls, Samsung has included a 12 megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

Samsung is also bringing AI features to the smartphone. The Galaxy S26 FE supports Gemini Omni, which can use photos and videos stored in the gallery for supported editing and creation functions.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi 6E, WiFi Direct and Bluetooth 5.4. The phone also features a USB Type C port for charging and wired connectivity.

The combination of a high refresh rate AMOLED display, Exynos 2500 processor and multiple camera options places the Galaxy S26 FE among Samsung’s higher priced Fan Edition smartphones. Its 4,900mAh battery and support for both wired and wireless charging add to the feature list.

The launch offers could also reduce the effective purchase cost for eligible customers. However, the actual benefit will depend on whether the buyer qualifies for the bank cashback, exchange bonus, upgrade benefit or EMI offer.

With the first sale now underway, customers can purchase the Galaxy S26 FE in India in all three announced colour options. Samsung is expected to continue offering the device through its online store and other authorised sales channels.
