Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Launch
Samsung appears to be getting ready to expand its Galaxy S26 lineup with a new Fan Edition smartphone. The Galaxy S26 FE has been appearing in leaks for several weeks, and fresh renders now offer a closer look at its design and possible color choices.
The latest images show the phone from multiple angles, revealing a flat frame, slim bezels and a centered hole punch camera. The rear panel carries three cameras along with an LED flash, giving the device a familiar Galaxy look while keeping the design fairly simple.
The leaked renders point to three finishes called Blueberry, Graphite and Pistachio. Blueberry appears to use a blue and purple tone across the rear and frame, while Pistachio has a soft green shade. Graphite takes a darker and more understated approach.
The design itself does not appear to be a major departure from earlier leaks. The flat display and frame could make the phone look more modern, while the relatively thin bezels should help give the front a cleaner appearance.
On the display side, Samsung is reportedly preparing a 6.7 inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen could offer a 1080 by 2340 pixel resolution and reach up to 1900 nits of brightness, which would be useful for outdoor viewing.
Performance could come from Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chipset. The phone is also expected to feature a 50MP primary camera, with Samsung potentially adding AI based camera and user experience features to the Fan Edition model.
Battery life may be another area of interest. An EPREL listing has reportedly pointed to a 4900mAh battery with support for 45W charging. The device is also expected to offer extended usage on a single charge, although real world battery life will depend heavily on how the phone is used.
Samsung has confirmed that its next Galaxy event will take place on August 27 at 9 PM KST, which is 5:30 PM IST. The company has not officially confirmed the Galaxy S26 FE name, but the device is widely expected to be part of the upcoming announcement.
Software is also expected to be a key part of the launch. The Galaxy S26 FE should arrive with Samsung’s latest One UI software, with reports pointing towards One UI 9 based on Android 17.
With the new renders now revealing the possible color lineup, most of the attention is likely to shift towards the phone’s final price and launch availability. Those details should become clearer if Samsung introduces the device at its upcoming Galaxy event.
