Honor has launched its new X7e smartphone featuring a huge battery fast charging smooth display performance focused chipset and AI based software experience aimed at budget users seeking long backup.

Honor has quietly introduced its latest budget smartphone, the Honor X7e, in select global markets. The device is designed for users who prioritize long battery life, smooth everyday performance and a simple yet practical smartphone experience. Instead of a flashy launch event, the company has focused on highlighting the phone’s key strengths, especially its massive battery capacity.

One of the biggest talking points of the Honor X7e is its powerful 7500mAh battery, which stands out in its segment. The phone also supports 45W fast charging, allowing users to quickly refill power and stay connected for longer hours. This combination makes it particularly attractive for heavy users who rely on their phones throughout the day without frequent charging breaks.

In terms of pricing, the Honor X7e has been launched in Malaysia first. The 6GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at MYR 899, which is roughly around Rs 21,500. The smartphone is available in two color options, Sunrise Orange and Midnight Black, and can be purchased through Honor’s official channels.

Moving to design and display, the Honor X7e features a 6.61 inch TFT LCD panel with HD Plus resolution of 1604 by 720 pixels. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, which helps deliver smoother scrolling and better visual responsiveness in daily use. The display also includes dynamic dimming technology aimed at reducing eye strain during prolonged usage, making it more comfortable for reading and browsing.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra processor. It is paired with 6GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, along with virtual RAM support for improved multitasking. The device runs on MagicOS 10.0 based on Android 16, offering a clean and updated software experience for users.

Camera performance on the Honor X7e is simple yet effective for its category. It features a 50MP primary rear camera supported by a secondary sensor for additional depth and imaging effects. On the front, the phone includes a 5MP selfie camera designed for video calls and basic photography needs. While not heavily focused on flagship level photography, the setup is suitable for everyday usage and social media sharing.

Security and durability features also add value to the device. It comes with a side mounted fingerprint sensor along with face unlock support for quick access. The smartphone carries an IP64 rating, offering basic protection against dust and light splashes, which is useful for daily real world usage conditions.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1, a USB Type C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack, ensuring compatibility with both modern and traditional accessories. Overall, the Honor X7e positions itself as a practical budget smartphone built around battery life, usability and essential features rather than premium extras.
