Foldable Mouse with 32 Day Battery Launched by Logitech Built to Last 15 Years of Daily Folding
Logitech enters a new wearable style computing era with its Mobi Fold mouse, a compact foldable device designed for travelers and remote workers offering long battery life and durable engineering

The world of computing accessories is slowly moving beyond traditional designs, and Logitech has now added a surprising twist with its latest launch. The company has introduced the Mobi Fold, a wireless mouse that can physically fold in half, making it one of the most portable input devices in its category. Priced at $79.99, which is roughly 7600 rupees, it is aimed at users who frequently work on the move, whether in airports, cafes, shared offices, or during travel, where carrying a full size mouse often feels inconvenient.
Unlike standard compact mice, the Mobi Fold transforms through a hinge based mechanism. When folded, it becomes a small block that easily slips into a pocket or laptop sleeve, measuring far smaller than conventional mice. When opened, it expands into a full ergonomic shape designed to reduce strain on the forearm compared to trackpad usage, making long work sessions more comfortable for users who rely heavily on navigation and clicking.
Logitech has focused heavily on durability and reliability in this design. The folding hinge is engineered to withstand daily use for up to 15 years without performance loss, according to the company. The outer shell uses a dust resistant silicone layer, helping protect internal components from wear and tear during travel. Interestingly, the device automatically powers on when unfolded and shuts off when folded, creating a seamless user experience without manual switching.
Inside, the mouse weighs just 79 grams and uses a 4000 DPI PixArt PAW3222 optical sensor for precise tracking. Instead of a traditional scroll wheel, it features a touch sensitive navigation panel that supports both precise line by line scrolling and faster inertial scrolling. Two programmable buttons are integrated into this touch area and can be customized using Logitech’s software for different workflows and shortcuts.
Connectivity is another highlight, as the Mobi Fold supports Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 and can pair with up to three devices at the same time. Users can easily switch between a laptop, tablet, or smartphone without repeated pairing. It also becomes the first Logitech device to receive Google Fast Pair certification, enabling faster connection with Android devices and Chromebooks.
Battery performance is designed for extended usage, with an inbuilt 100mAh battery that can last up to 32 days on a full charge. Logitech also claims that just one minute of USB C fast charging can provide up to 22 hours of usage, making it highly practical for emergency situations. However, the charging cable is not included in the box, requiring users to purchase it separately.
Along with the standard version, Logitech has also introduced a business edition priced at $89.99, which includes a Bolt USB C receiver for enhanced secure connectivity and an extended two year warranty. The standard model is available globally in graphite, while select markets also receive lilac and off white color options.
