La Pino’z Pizza Violations: A surprise inspection conducted by food safety authorities at the La Pino’z Pizza outlet located in Jubilee Enclave under the Cyberabad limits revealed several serious violations related to hygiene and food safety. The findings have raised concerns among customers who regularly visit the popular pizza chain.

Officials inspecting the La Pino’z Pizza kitchen and storage areas found conditions that failed to meet basic food safety standards. Cockroaches were reportedly seen moving around the premises, while insects were discovered inside a freezer used for storing food ingredients. Authorities also noticed lizards inside the storage section where food products were being kept.

The inspection team found that chicken products meant for customer consumption were not stored properly. They also observed that vegetarian and non vegetarian ingredients were being kept together in the same freezer, creating a potential risk of contamination.

Further examination revealed that several food items at La Pino’z Pizza had crossed their expiry dates. Expired seasoning mixes, flavored syrups, and bakery products were allegedly found in storage. Many ingredients did not carry proper labels indicating manufacturing dates or expiry information, making it difficult to verify their safety for consumption.

Food safety officials also sought compliance documents from the management. However, records related to medical fitness certificates of food handlers and water quality testing reports could not be produced during the inspection.

Authorities expressed concern over the condition of the facility and described the violations as serious breaches of food safety regulations. As part of the enforcement action, expired and non compliant food items were immediately discarded and destroyed at the location.

The management of La Pino’z Pizza was directed to undertake deep cleaning operations and comprehensive pest control measures without delay. Officials also issued notices instructing the outlet to rectify all deficiencies and ensure strict compliance with food safety norms.

The incident highlights the importance of regular inspections and adherence to hygiene standards in food establishments, especially those serving a large number of customers every day.
