Gachibowli Hostel Murder: Hostel Worker Killed in Anjaiah Nagar
A hostel worker was allegedly killed by a fellow employee in Gachibowli’s Anjaiah Nagar, with Raidurgam Police investigating the murder and searching for the accused.
Gachibowli Hostel Murder: A murder in Hyderabad’s Gachibowli area has created tension in Anjaiah Nagar after a hostel worker was allegedly attacked and killed by his fellow employee.
The incident took place at Harihara Men’s Hostel late on Friday night. Police said Shashidhar, who worked at the hostel, was allegedly attacked with a knife by his co worker Pramod.
Local residents alerted the Raidurgam Police after learning about the incident. A police team reached the hostel and took control of the situation. Shashidhar’s body was later shifted to Osmania General Hospital for a postmortem examination.
Pramod reportedly left the area after the incident and is currently absconding. Police have launched a search to locate him.
Investigators are also trying to establish what led to the killing. As part of the probe, police are questioning the hostel management and people staying at the premises to gather more information about the events before the incident.
A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway. Police are examining the circumstances surrounding the murder and efforts are continuing to trace the accused.
