Patanjali Foods Profit Jumps 86 Percent in First Quarter
Patanjali Foods has seen a notable improvement in its first quarter results, with higher revenue helping the company record a much stronger profit than it did a year ago.

Patanjali Foods has reported a sizeable increase in profit for the first quarter of the current financial year, supported by better revenue from its major business segments.
The company’s consolidated net profit stood at Rs 335.73 crore for the quarter. During the same period last year, Patanjali Foods had recorded a profit of Rs 180.35 crore. The latest results therefore mark an increase of about 86 percent.
The company also saw its revenue rise during the quarter. Revenue reached Rs 11341.89 crore, compared with Rs 8779 crore reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Edible oils remained a major source of business for Patanjali Foods, contributing around Rs 8504 crore in revenue. The FMCG segment also recorded revenue of Rs 2937.74 crore during the period.
Patanjali Foods operates in several areas, including edible oils, FMCG products and wind power. The latest quarterly numbers reflect the contribution of its key businesses to the overall performance.
The company had reported strong numbers for the full financial year 2025 to 2026 as well. Its revenue for that year stood at Rs 40347.78 crore, while net profit was Rs 1814.47 crore.
With the first quarter now showing another substantial rise in profit, the company has begun the new financial year on a positive note.
