LB Nagar Constable: Hyderabad Constable Found Dead at LB Nagar Police Station
A police constable was found dead inside the LB Nagar Police Station rest room, prompting an investigation as officials work to determine what led to the incident.
LB Nagar Constable: A constable identified as Sai Kumar was found dead inside the rest room of LB Nagar Police Station in Hyderabad on Tuesday night.
His colleagues noticed the incident and immediately took him to Kamineni Hospital for medical attention. Doctors examined him and declared that he had already died.
Senior police officials were informed about the incident and reached the station to gather information from the staff. Colleagues said Sai had attended his duties on Tuesday before the incident.
Police later shifted the body to Osmania General Hospital for a postmortem examination. A case has been registered and investigators are collecting details to establish the circumstances surrounding his death.
Sai was reportedly staying in a room with friends in Karmanghat. Police have also informed his family members, who reached the station following the news.
Sai Kumar was appointed as a constable in the 2024 batch with identification number 13128. He was currently attached to the ACP office for duty.
Officials are continuing their inquiry and are speaking to colleagues and others who may have information relevant to the case.
