Telangana Announces DOST 2026 Special Phase Admissions Schedule

The Telangana Council of Higher Education has released the DOST 2026 Special Phase admission schedule, providing another opportunity for students to obtain admission into undergraduate degree colleges where seats remain vacant.

Online registration for the special phase will be open from July 20 to July 26. During the same period, students will also be able to submit their web options, while the option entry window will remain available until July 27.

Candidates belonging to special categories including Persons with Disabilities, Children of Armed Personnel, NCC and Sports quota must complete certificate verification at designated university helpline centres on July 27.

The provisional seat allotment will be published on July 30. Students who receive a seat must complete the online self reporting process between July 30 and August 1. They are also required to report to their allotted colleges on July 31 and August 1 to complete the admission formalities.

The special phase is intended for applicants who registered earlier but were not allotted a seat, as well as students who have not yet completed DOST registration. However, candidates who have already confirmed their admission by completing the college confirmation process will not be eligible to participate.

Officials have advised applicants to choose a wider range of web options to improve their chances of securing admission during this final phase of the counselling process.
