Teen Arrested in Fatal Robbery of Telangana Student Delivering Pizza in US

A breakthrough has emerged in the murder investigation of Kuncha Anshul, a student from Telangana who was shot dead while working as a pizza delivery driver in the United States. Investigators have arrested a 14 year old boy in connection with the crime and are continuing efforts to trace another suspect believed to have been involved.

The arrest was made by the Federal Bureau of Investigation on July 10, more than a month after the fatal shooting in North Philadelphia. According to investigators, the attack was part of a robbery that had been carefully planned in advance.

Authorities believe the accused intentionally placed a pizza order to a vacant house on Edgley Street. When Anshul arrived to complete the delivery on the night of June 5, he was allegedly ambushed by two individuals who attempted to rob him.

During the incident, Anshul was shot multiple times at close range. Emergency responders shifted him to a nearby hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries despite medical treatment.

Investigators have identified robbery as the primary motive behind the crime. While one suspect has now been taken into custody, law enforcement agencies are continuing their search for the second person believed to have participated in the attack.
