Kakatiya University 24th Convocation Likely to Be Held in November
Kakatiya University is preparing for its 24th Convocation in November after Telangana Governor and Chancellor Shiv Pratap Shukla gave his in principle approval to attend the event.

Kakatiya University is moving ahead with preparations for its 24th Convocation, which is expected to be held in November. Telangana Governor and university Chancellor Shiv Pratap Shukla has given his in principle approval to attend the programme.
Vice Chancellor Professor Karnati Pratap Reddy met the Governor at Lok Bhavan in Hyderabad on Monday. During the meeting, he extended an invitation to Shiv Pratap Shukla to attend the university’s upcoming convocation.
The meeting also focused on arrangements for the important university event. The Vice Chancellor briefed the Governor about the proposed convocation and the preparations being made for the programme.
According to University Registrar Professor Valluri Ramachandram, the Governor’s in principle consent has cleared the way for the university to move forward with plans for the 24th Convocation.
The university is expected to finalise the remaining arrangements and schedule in the coming days. The convocation will mark an important occasion for students who have completed their academic programmes and are set to receive their degrees.
Registrar Ramachandram said the Governor’s response has provided clarity for the university as it prepares for the event. Further details regarding the date and other arrangements are expected to be announced once the schedule is finalised.
Controller of Examinations Professor Katla Rajender was also present during the meeting at Lok Bhavan.
The upcoming convocation is expected to bring together university officials, faculty members, graduating students and other guests for the formal presentation of degrees and academic honours.
