TGPSC Releases Three Engineering Job Notifications for 290 Posts
The Telangana Public Service Commission has announced recruitment for engineering positions across multiple departments, offering 290 vacancies with applications opening this month and examinations scheduled later this year.
The Telangana Public Service Commission has issued three separate recruitment notifications for engineering positions across key government departments. Through the latest hiring drive, a total of 290 vacancies will be filled, providing fresh opportunities for engineering graduates seeking government jobs.
According to an official statement released by TGPSC Secretary M Haritha, the recruitment includes 222 Assistant Executive Engineer Civil posts in the Roads and Buildings Department, 49 Assistant Executive Engineer Electrical posts in the same department, and 19 Assistant Environmental Engineer posts in the Telangana Pollution Control Board.
Candidates between 18 and 44 years of age are eligible to apply. Age relaxation of five years is available for candidates belonging to SC, ST, BC and EWS categories, while persons with disabilities can avail a relaxation of up to ten years as per existing rules.
Selected candidates will receive salaries ranging from Rs 54,220 to Rs 1,33,630. The recruitment process will include a written examination consisting of two papers. The General Studies paper will carry 150 marks, while the concerned subject paper will be for 300 marks, taking the total to 450 marks.
Applications for Assistant Executive Engineer Civil posts in the Roads and Buildings Department will begin on June 6 and continue until July 13. The examination for these posts is expected to be conducted in October.
For Assistant Executive Engineer Electrical vacancies, the online application process will start on June 8 and remain open until July 15. These examinations are also scheduled to be held in October.
Meanwhile, applications for Assistant Environmental Engineer posts in the Telangana Pollution Control Board will open on June 10. Interested candidates can submit their applications until July 17, while the examination is planned for September.
The latest recruitment notifications are expected to attract a large number of engineering graduates across Telangana, as government sector employment continues to remain a preferred career option for many aspirants.
