Kavitha Demands Lookout Notice Against Bandi Sanjay Son in POCSO Case
Telangana Rakshana Sena chief Kavitha demanded strict action in the POCSO case involving Bandi Sanjay’s son and accused political leaders of sending wrong public messages through silence.

Telangana Rakshana Sena chief Kavitha launched a sharp attack on Union Minister Bandi Sanjay and his family while demanding immediate legal action in the POCSO case involving his son.
Speaking to the media, Kavitha urged police authorities to issue lookout notices to prevent Bandi Sanjay’s son from leaving the country while the case is under investigation. She also stated that if the allegations are proven in court, Bandi Sanjay should resign from his Union Minister post.
Kavitha alleged that a leader whose family is facing serious sexual harassment allegations sharing a public stage with Prime Minister Narendra Modi sends the wrong message to society. According to her, political leaders must maintain moral responsibility in such sensitive matters.
She also demanded strict action against individuals allegedly circulating videos and online content that could harm the dignity and privacy of the victim. Authorities should immediately block such social media accounts and arrest those responsible, she said.
Apart from the controversy surrounding the case, Kavitha also criticized the Telangana government on irrigation and development issues. She questioned why Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had not yet visited the Palamuru Rangareddy project and urged him to write to the Centre seeking national project status for it.
Drawing comparisons with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, she said the Andhra government has been aggressively pursuing support for the Polavaram project, while Telangana has failed to strongly protect its water interests.
Kavitha promised that if Telangana Rakshana Sena comes to power, the party would establish a dedicated Water Commission to address irrigation and resource management issues in the state.
She also spoke about social justice and reservations, demanding that an OBC column must be included in caste census exercises across the country. Kavitha said her party would fight nationwide for fifty percent reservations for backward classes.
Reacting to recent NEET paper leak controversies, she said the Central government must treat national level examination leaks seriously and ensure that students’ futures are not destroyed because of negligence and corruption.
Kavitha further stated that Telangana Rakshana Sena was formed to fill what she described as a political vacuum in the state and to raise issues that existing political parties are ignoring.
