Thaman’s OG Concert Postponed Again: Thaman’s OG Tour Hyderabad Concert Postponed Again Due to Heavy Rain
Heavy rain forced the postponement of Thaman’s OG Tour Hyderabad concert as waterlogging and equipment damage raised safety concerns leaving fans disappointed for the second time.

Thaman’s OG Concert Postponed Again: Fans waiting for music director S Thaman’s much anticipated OG Tour India concert in Hyderabad were left disappointed after the event was postponed at the last moment because of severe weather conditions. The live show was scheduled to take place on Saturday evening at Boulder Hills, but continuous heavy rainfall forced organizers to call it off.
The decision was taken primarily to ensure the safety of attendees, performers, and event staff. Organizers stated that persistent rain had severely affected the venue, making it unsuitable for hosting a large scale concert. Reports also suggested that some music equipment suffered damage due to the downpour.
The concert was expected to begin at 6:30 pm, but worsening weather conditions throughout the day left organizers with no option but to postpone the event. Large portions of the venue reportedly became waterlogged after hours of rain.
Reacting to the development, Thaman shared an emotional message on social media. He said the cancellation was heartbreaking, especially after weeks of preparation by his team. According to the composer, more than 50 crew members had worked tirelessly for over a month to make the event successful. Despite the setback, he expressed confidence about returning stronger with the support of his fans.
The concert is part of the promotional celebrations for They Call Him OG, the upcoming film starring Pawan Kalyan. Interestingly, the Hyderabad show had already faced one postponement earlier due to unfavorable weather. The latest delay marks the second time rain has disrupted the event.
Event organizers ACTC Events and Capstack confirmed that a revised date for the Hyderabad concert will be announced soon. Fans are now eagerly waiting for the new schedule, hoping the much awaited OG Tour performance will finally take place without further interruptions.
