Gold Prices Rise: After a few days of decline, gold prices changed direction on Wednesday morning. Rates moved up across several markets, bringing a fresh update for people planning to buy gold.
According to Goodreturns, the price of 24 carat gold in Hyderabad stood at Rs 1,53,440 for 10 grams around 10 am on Wednesday. The rate was Rs 270 higher than the previous day.

In Telangana, the same rates were reported in Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Khammam and Warangal. The 18 carat gold rate in these cities stood at Rs 1,15,080 for 10 grams.
The rates were similar across major cities in Andhra Pradesh as well. Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Nellore and Tirupati recorded a 24 carat gold price of Rs 1,53,440 per 10 grams. The 22 carat rate was Rs 1,40,650, while 18 carat gold was priced at Rs 1,15,080.

The latest movement comes after gold prices had been declining for several days. Even a small change in the rate can make a noticeable difference when customers purchase larger quantities, particularly during the festive and wedding seasons.
Gold buyers should also keep in mind that the displayed market rate is not necessarily the final amount payable at a jewellery store. Making charges, taxes and other applicable costs can affect the final bill.
Gold and silver prices can change during the day depending on market conditions. Customers are therefore advised to check the latest rate with their jeweller before making a purchase.
