Producer Cheating Case: A cheating complaint against producer Venkat Aneesh Reddy has led to a criminal case after allegations that he failed to repay borrowed money and later threatened the complainant.

Producer Cheating Case: A criminal case has been registered against film producer Venkat Aneesh Reddy at the Jubilee Hills Police Station following a complaint filed by fellow producer Rajith Rao. Police have initiated an investigation after booking him under cheating and other relevant criminal provisions.

According to the complaint, Rajith Rao claimed he helped Venkat Aneesh Reddy arrange a loan of Rs 40 lakh from the son of former IPS officer A K Khan. The amount was reportedly provided after the producer assured that he would repay it once his existing financial liabilities were cleared.

The complainant alleged that despite repeated requests and the agreed repayment period ending, the money was never returned. He further claimed that instead of settling the dues, Venkat Aneesh Reddy allegedly resorted to threats when asked about the repayment.

After reviewing the complaint, Jubilee Hills police registered a case under Section 318(4) related to cheating, Section 351(2) concerning criminal intimidation, along with other applicable legal provisions. Officials said the allegations mentioned in the complaint are being thoroughly examined.

Police have stated that the investigation is in its early stages and that all aspects of the financial transaction will be verified before further legal action is taken. No official findings have been announced so far, and the inquiry is continuing.
