According to initial reports, seven workers were trapped beneath the rock and died on the spot. Five others managed to escape with their lives. Emergency teams immediately reached the location and began rescue operations.

Officials brought in heavy machinery to remove the enormous boulder and search the affected area. The victims have been identified as migrant workers from Bihar.
