Vivo X Fold 6 Debuts With 200MP Camera Massive Battery and Premium Foldable Design
Vivo introduces its latest foldable smartphone featuring flagship performance advanced cameras powerful battery premium displays and durable construction aimed at users seeking a high end mobile experience

Vivo has officially introduced the Vivo X Fold 6 in China, expanding its premium foldable smartphone lineup with a device that combines top tier hardware, advanced photography features and a larger battery. The new book style foldable phone is designed for users looking for flagship performance while offering a refined foldable experience.
One of the standout features of the Vivo X Fold 6 is its impressive camera system. The smartphone features a Zeiss tuned triple rear camera setup led by a 200MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization. It is accompanied by a 50MP ultra wide camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens capable of delivering up to 100x digital zoom. For selfies and video calls, Vivo has included two 20MP front cameras, one on the inner display and another on the cover screen. The device also supports video recording in up to 8K resolution.
The smartphone is powered by the latest 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, delivering flagship level performance for gaming, multitasking and demanding applications. It is available with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and as much as 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage, ensuring smooth performance and ample space for files, apps and media.
Battery life is another major highlight of the Vivo X Fold 6. The device houses a large 7000mAh battery that supports 80W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging. This combination is expected to provide extended usage while reducing charging time significantly.
The foldable phone features a large 8.02 inch Samsung M14 AMOLED inner display with a resolution of 2504 by 2312 pixels. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR content, over one billion colors and full DCI P3 color coverage for an immersive viewing experience. On the outside, users get a 6.51 inch AMOLED cover display with similar premium display features, allowing comfortable use even when the phone remains folded.
Running on Android 16 based OriginOS 6 Fold, the Vivo X Fold 6 includes several premium features such as dual SIM support, a side mounted fingerprint scanner and face unlock. The phone also carries IP58 and IP59 ratings, offering protection against dust and water during everyday use.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type C, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS and NavIC. The device is equipped with multiple sensors including an ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, electronic compass, gravity sensor and an infrared blaster. Despite packing high end hardware and a large battery, the smartphone weighs approximately 228 grams.
Vivo has launched the X Fold 6 in multiple storage configurations. The base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage starts at 7999 yuan, while higher variants with additional storage and memory are priced accordingly. The lineup also includes a premium Black Gold Edition. Buyers in China will be able to purchase the smartphone starting from July 1, with color options including Blue Hole, Polar Night and Salt Lake.
