Samsung Galaxy S26 FE Spotted With Qi2 Wireless Charging Support Ahead of Expected Launch

Samsung appears to be preparing the launch of its next Fan Edition smartphone, the Galaxy S26 FE, as new leaks and certification listings continue to surface online. The upcoming device has now been spotted in the Wireless Power Consortium database, giving enthusiasts an early look at some of its key features, including support for Qi2 wireless charging technology.

According to reports, the smartphone was listed under model number SM S741 in the WPC database. The certification suggests that the Galaxy S26 FE could support wireless charging with a maximum load power of 5W. More importantly, the device is said to carry Qi2 certification, placing it in line with the standard Galaxy S26 model launched earlier this year. This move could help Samsung bring premium charging features to a wider audience through its Fan Edition lineup.

Beyond charging capabilities, leaked renders indicate that the Galaxy S26 FE may feature a modern design with a flat frame and rounded corners. The handset is expected to retain a vertically aligned rear camera arrangement. However, reports suggest that the camera module may sit on a slightly raised island, creating a design distinction from the flagship Galaxy S26 series.

Performance is also expected to receive a notable upgrade. Benchmark listings on Geekbench reportedly reveal that the smartphone could be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2600 processor. The device is also expected to run Android 17 out of the box, offering users access to the latest software features and system improvements.
