OnePlus Turbo 6X Leak Hints at 144Hz Display, 50MP Camera and Massive Battery Upgrade

Upcoming OnePlus Turbo 6X may feature a 6.72 inch Full HD Plus LCD display, MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip, 50 megapixel camera, and a large battery with fast charging support reportedly.

The smartphone market is once again heating up as fresh leaks around the upcoming OnePlus Turbo 6X have started making rounds online. While the company has not officially revealed all details, early information shared by industry insiders suggests that the device could bring a strong mix of performance, battery life, and display upgrades aimed at mid range users.

Interestingly, reports from Chinese social media platforms indicate that the launch may take place as early as June 18 in China. A senior OnePlus executive has also hinted at the arrival of a new Turbo series device, adding more weight to the ongoing speculation. Tech tipsters believe the model could focus heavily on smooth performance and long lasting battery backup.

On the performance front, the device is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, which is designed to handle everyday multitasking and gaming with efficiency. Along with this, the phone may feature a 6.72 inch Full HD Plus LCD display that supports a 144Hz refresh rate, promising smoother scrolling and improved visual experience for users who enjoy gaming and video content.

Camera specifications also appear promising based on early leaks. The OnePlus Turbo 6X is said to include a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50 megapixel primary sensor paired with a 2 megapixel secondary lens. For selfies and video calls, an 8 megapixel front camera may be included, making it suitable for casual photography and social media usage.

Battery life is another major highlight of the rumored specifications. The smartphone could come with a massive 7000 mAh battery supported by 45W wired fast charging. This combination may offer extended usage without frequent charging, which is becoming an important factor for modern smartphone users who rely heavily on their devices throughout the day.

Security features are expected to include a side mounted fingerprint sensor, offering quick and convenient unlocking. Meanwhile, reports also suggest that a higher variant in the same series, possibly the OnePlus Turbo 6X Pro, could feature a sharper 1.5K LTPS OLED display and an even larger 8000 mAh battery, positioning it as a more premium option in the lineup.

For context, OnePlus recently introduced the Nord CE6 Lite in select markets, which already features a 144Hz LCD display and a large battery setup. The upcoming Turbo 6X appears to build on that foundation with performance focused upgrades and refined hardware choices, aiming to strengthen OnePlus presence in the competitive mid range segment.
