Motorola has unveiled the Edge 2026 with a bright OLED display, powerful Dimensity processor, advanced cameras, wireless charging support, rugged durability certifications and premium design for users globally.

Motorola has officially introduced the new Edge 2026 smartphone in global markets, bringing a combination of flagship style features, advanced camera technology and a compact design. The device arrives with a premium build, a high refresh rate OLED display and a capable MediaTek processor aimed at users seeking performance and photography in a single package.
One of the biggest highlights of the smartphone is its versatile camera setup. The rear camera system is led by a 50MP primary sensor featuring Sony LYTIA 710 technology and optical image stabilization for improved image quality. Alongside it, Motorola has added a 50MP ultra wide camera that can also function as a macro lens. The setup is completed by a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS support. For selfies and video calls, users get a 50MP front facing camera. The smartphone also includes multiple AI powered camera enhancements designed to improve photography and video recording experiences.
The display is another area where the Edge 2026 stands out. It features a 6.3 inch OLED panel with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and gaming. Motorola claims the screen can reach up to 5200 nits peak brightness, making it easier to view content even under strong sunlight. To improve durability, the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
Under the hood, the smartphone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7450 chipset built on a 4nm process. The processor is paired with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB internal storage. Graphics performance is handled by the Mali G615 MC2 GPU, allowing the device to deliver efficient performance for gaming, multitasking and everyday applications.
Battery life has also received significant attention. The Edge 2026 packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 60W wired fast charging. In addition, users can take advantage of 15W wireless charging, offering more flexibility when powering up the device throughout the day.
Motorola has focused heavily on durability as well. The smartphone carries both IP68 and IP69 ratings, providing strong protection against dust and water. It has also received MIL STD 810H certification, indicating enhanced resistance to challenging environmental conditions. Audio performance is boosted through Dolby Atmos support, creating a richer multimedia experience.
Connectivity options include WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4, ensuring support for modern wireless standards. With its combination of premium hardware, advanced camera capabilities and rugged construction, the Edge 2026 positions itself as a strong contender in the upper midrange smartphone segment.
Motorola has launched the Edge 2026 at a price of 599.99 dollars in international markets, which roughly translates to Rs 52,000. The smartphone is being offered in the Pantone Martini Olive color option and will be available for purchase through the company’s official channels.
