Display comparison

The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G comes with a 6.83 inch 1.5K AMOLED Super Sunlight display. It offers a 2772 by 1280 pixel resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits.

The Pova 8 Pro 5G uses a slightly smaller 6.78 inch HyperLux AMOLED panel. It has a 2644 by 1208 pixel resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate and claimed peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits.

Vivo V70 FE also gets a 6.83 inch 1.5K AMOLED display. Its resolution is 2800 by 1260 pixels, while the refresh rate reaches 120Hz and peak brightness is rated at up to 1,900 nits.

Processor and software

Performance on the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G comes from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset. The phone runs Android 16 based HyperOS 3.

The Pova 8 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate 5G processor and runs Android 16 based HiOS 16.

The Vivo V70 FE uses the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor and comes with Android 16 based OriginOS 6.
