Lava has launched the Agni 4N in London, bringing an AMOLED display, MediaTek processor, 50MP cameras, fast charging and Android 16 to UK smartphone buyers.

Lava has officially expanded its presence in the UK smartphone market with the launch of the Lava Agni 4N in London. The new smartphone combines a premium looking display, high resolution cameras and a MediaTek chipset with a focus on everyday performance.

The Agni 4N is priced at £499 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model, which is approximately Rs 64,275 based on the conversion mentioned in the launch information. The phone will be sold through Amazon, with its first sale scheduled for September 4.

The handset is available in Phantom Black and Lunar Mist colour options. Lava is also offering a two year warranty, while the battery receives 12 months of warranty and the data cable comes with six months of coverage.

6.67 inch AMOLED display
The Lava Agni 4N features a 6.67 inch AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and has a pixel density of 446ppi.

Brightness is another key part of the display package, with the phone offering a claimed peak brightness of up to 2400 nits. The higher refresh rate should make scrolling and supported content appear smoother, while the AMOLED panel is expected to deliver stronger contrast and deeper blacks.

MediaTek Dimensity 8350 powers the phone
Performance comes from the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor. The smartphone runs on Android 16 with Lava’s newer user interface and comes with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

Users can virtually expand the available RAM up to 16GB, while internal storage stands at 256GB using UFS 4.0 technology. This combination gives the Agni 4N a strong hardware setup for multitasking, applications and regular entertainment.

Lava has also included several security focused features. These include an in display fingerprint sensor and face unlock, along with app lock, an anti theft alarm, anti peeping protection and a hide app option.

50MP cameras on the front and back
Photography is another major highlight of the Agni 4N. The rear camera system includes a 50MP primary sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilisation.

It is paired with an 8MP ultra wide camera featuring an f/2.2 aperture. For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 50MP front camera with electronic image stabilisation.

The combination gives users separate options for regular photography, wider shots and front camera images. Lava has also added AI based features to the smartphone.

5000mAh battery with 66W charging
The phone packs a 5000mAh battery and supports 66W fast charging. The battery capacity is aimed at providing enough power for a full day of typical smartphone use, while the faster charging support can help reduce the time spent connected to a charger.

Connectivity options are extensive. The Agni 4N supports dual SIM connectivity, 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC and USB Type C 3.2. The phone also includes OTG functionality and an IR blaster.

UK price and availability
