Revanth Mourns MLA: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy paid tribute to former Bhongir MLA Kommidi Narasimha Reddy, recalling his contribution to the Telangana movement, public service and lifelong commitment to social causes.

Revanth Mourns MLA: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed deep sorrow over the demise of former Bhongir MLA Kommidi Narasimha Reddy, describing him as a respected public leader who remained committed to honesty and public service throughout his life.
Paying tribute to the veteran leader, the Chief Minister recalled Narasimha Reddy’s active participation in the first phase of the Telangana movement in 1969. He said the former MLA dedicated himself to the welfare of the people and consistently stood up for issues affecting the region.
Revanth Reddy also highlighted Narasimha Reddy’s efforts to secure Godavari river waters and protect the Musi River. He praised the late leader for his unwavering commitment to public causes and his determination to work for the benefit of society.

Remembering his humanitarian values, the Chief Minister noted that Narasimha Reddy donated nearly 300 acres of land to the Bhoodan movement, reflecting his lifelong dedication to social welfare and selfless service.
Kommidi Narasimha Reddy represented the Bhongir Assembly constituency twice after being elected in 1978 and again in 1983. Revanth Reddy said his simple lifestyle, clean public image and commitment to addressing people’s concerns continue to inspire the younger generation.
The Chief Minister offered prayers for the departed soul and conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, wishing them strength during this difficult time.
