iQOO 16T Leak Suggests Large AMOLED Display Ahead of Expected Launch

Fresh leaks indicate the upcoming iQOO 16T could feature a large AMOLED display, joining the flagship iQOO 16 series as the brand prepares several new smartphone launches soon.

New leaks suggest that iQOO is preparing to expand its upcoming flagship lineup with the introduction of the iQOO 16T. Although the iQOO 16 series has not yet been officially unveiled, reports indicate that development of the more affordable iQOO 16T is already underway, hinting at an early arrival alongside the flagship family.

According to information shared by a well known Chinese tipster, the iQOO 16T has entered the development stage. While the company has not confirmed any specifications, early reports point to a major focus on display quality, with the device expected to feature a large AMOLED panel designed for immersive viewing and gaming.

The latest leak suggests the iQOO 16T could arrive with a display measuring around 6.8 inches. This would make it one of the larger phones in its segment, continuing the company’s recent trend of offering expansive screens even on non flagship models. Industry watchers believe the decision follows the positive response received by previous T series devices with larger displays.

Interestingly, earlier expectations hinted that the handset might feature a more compact design. However, previous launches have shown that iQOO often changes its strategy before release. Similar reports had initially suggested a smaller display for the earlier T series model before it eventually launched with a significantly larger screen. The upcoming iQOO 16T could follow the same pattern.

The flagship iQOO 16 is also expected to emphasize display technology. Leaks claim the premium model may feature a 6.85 inch Samsung AMOLED display with a sharp 2K resolution. If accurate, the company appears to be focusing heavily on delivering a premium visual experience across the entire series.

Beyond the iQOO 16 lineup, the brand is reportedly preparing several additional smartphone launches. Reports indicate that the iQOO Neo 11S and iQOO Neo 12 are also in development. The Neo 12 is expected to feature a large 6.83 inch AMOLED display, reinforcing the company’s strategy of offering bigger screens across multiple product categories.

At this stage, all specifications remain based on leaks and industry reports, with no official confirmation from iQOO. More details regarding hardware, performance, pricing, and launch timelines are expected to emerge in the coming weeks as the company moves closer to unveiling its next generation smartphones.
