Political Rivalry Turns Deadly After BRS Leader Murder in Suryapet

A shocking murder incident in Suryapet district has created panic and tension after a senior BRS leader was found dead under brutal circumstances. The incident has once again brought attention to long standing political rivalries and unresolved disputes in the region.

The victim, Chintalapati Madhu, a BRS leader and husband of a former village sarpanch, was allegedly attacked by unidentified assailants late on Friday night in Yarkaram village. According to initial information, he was attacked with sharp weapons before the attackers fled the area.

The incident came to light after villagers noticed suspicious activity near the village outskirts and informed the police. Officials rushed to the location and launched an immediate investigation with the help of forensic teams to collect evidence from the scene.

Police sources suspect that old rivalries and past criminal cases could be linked to the murder. Reports suggest that Madhu had previously been associated with sensitive local cases that may have resulted in continuing tensions among rival groups.
