Telangana Graduate MLC Elections: Telangana Graduate MLC Elections Voter List Schedule Released
The Election Commission has announced the voter registration schedule for two Telangana Graduate MLC constituencies, with applications closing in November and the final list due in December.

Telangana Graduate MLC Elections: The Election Commission has released the schedule for preparing the new voter lists for two Graduate MLC constituencies in Telangana. The process covers the Mahabubnagar Rangareddy Hyderabad and Warangal Khammam Nalgonda constituencies, which are set to fall vacant in March 2027.
According to the schedule, a public notice for voter enrolment will be issued on September 28. Eligible graduates will then have an opportunity to submit their applications through Form 18 until November 6. The Election Commission has set November 1, 2026, as the qualifying date for eligibility.
The draft electoral roll will be published on November 25. Graduates will be able to submit claims and objections against the draft list from November 25 to December 10. After the verification process is completed, the final voter list is scheduled to be published on December 30.
One important point for existing voters is that those who were already enrolled in the previous Graduate MLC voter list will also have to submit a fresh application. The new list is being prepared as the terms of the two sitting MLCs, Surabhi Vani Devi and Teenmar Mallanna, are due to end in March 2027.
The two constituencies have a significant number of graduate voters spread across several districts. The upcoming enrolment exercise will therefore be important for graduates who want to participate in the next Graduate MLC election.
The Election Commission has advised eligible graduates to complete the registration process within the prescribed deadline. Applications can be submitted through the designated election authorities, with the Form 18 process forming the basis for inclusion in the new electoral roll.
With the voter registration schedule now announced, attention will shift to the preparation of the draft list, scrutiny of claims and objections, and publication of the final electoral roll at the end of December. The actual election schedule is expected to be announced separately.
