Mahesh Babu Extends Support to Jayakrishna Debut Film With Special Video

The Ghattamaneni family is preparing to welcome another actor to Telugu cinema as Jayakrishna, son of the late Ramesh Babu and grandson of legendary actor Krishna, gets ready for his big screen debut. Ahead of the film’s release, Mahesh Babu shared a heartfelt video message, expressing his happiness and extending his best wishes to his nephew.

Jayakrishna stars opposite Bollywood actress Rasha Thadani in Srinivasa Mangapuram, which is directed by Ajay Bhupathi and presented by Ashwini Dutt. Produced by Gemini Kiran under the Chandamama Kathalu banner, the film is scheduled to hit theatres on July 30.

In the video, Mahesh Babu said the entire family is delighted to see Jayakrishna begin his acting career. He added that the teaser, trailer and songs had impressed him and made everyone in the family excited for the film’s release.

Mahesh also praised the chemistry between Jayakrishna and Rasha Thadani, while appreciating director Ajay Bhupathi for presenting the lead pair effectively on screen. He noted that the film’s music had already become popular and revealed that the Allelle song was his personal favourite.

Recalling a special coincidence, Mahesh Babu mentioned that July 30 is also the release date of his debut film Rajakumarudu. He joked that veteran producer Ashwini Dutt may have intentionally chosen the date, adding that several leading stars including himself, Allu Arjun and Ram Charan have strong associations with the Vyjayanthi banner.

Mahesh concluded his message by requesting fans of Krishna and his own supporters to encourage Jayakrishna and Rasha Thadani as they begin their journey in cinema. Soon after it was shared, the video gained wide attention on social media, with fans celebrating the warm gesture and extending their wishes to the debut actor.
