Xiaomi Power Bank 5i Brings 67W Laptop Charging to India

Xiaomi is introducing its new 20000mAh Power Bank 5i with integrated Type C cable fast 67W charging laptop support quick self charging and travel friendly safety features for Indian users.

Xiaomi is set to expand its accessories lineup in India with the launch of the Xiaomi Power Bank 5i 67W on July 23. Designed for users who need reliable backup power on the move, the new power bank offers enough output to charge not only smartphones but also compatible laptops. Its large 20000mAh battery and high speed charging capabilities make it a practical option for professionals and frequent travelers.

One of the standout highlights is the integrated Type C cable, eliminating the need to carry an extra charging cable. The built in cable supports up to 67W output, allowing users to quickly recharge compatible Xiaomi smartphones as well as devices such as the MacBook Air. The power bank also supports 65W fast self charging, enabling it to recharge completely in around two and a half hours with a compatible adapter.

The device includes three output options for greater flexibility. The integrated Type C cable delivers up to 67W output, while the USB C port supports charging standards including PD 3.0 PPS and QC 3.0 with the same maximum output. A USB A port is also available for older smartphones, wireless earbuds and other accessories. When only one output is used, the power bank can provide the full 67W charging speed. If multiple ports are used simultaneously, the available power is shared with a maximum combined output of 15W.

Xiaomi has equipped the Power Bank 5i with a 20000mAh battery made up of three 6700mAh cells. A digital display on the front shows the exact remaining battery percentage, making it easier for users to monitor available power without guessing from LED indicators.

Safety has also been given importance. The power bank features multiple protection systems against overheating overvoltage and short circuits. With a rated energy of 74.37Wh, it meets airline carry on requirements, allowing passengers to take it in hand luggage during flights.

The Xiaomi Power Bank 5i is expected to be priced between Rs 2500 and Rs 3000 in India. Official pricing and availability will be announced during its launch event on July 23. With fast charging support for both smartphones and laptops, a built in cable and quick self recharging, the new power bank is expected to appeal to users looking for a dependable portable charging solution.
