Tecno Camon 50 Ultra 5G has officially entered the Indian market and its first sale has started. The smartphone comes with a premium set of features including a high refresh rate AMOLED display, powerful MediaTek processor and advanced camera setup. The phone is available in a single 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Its original price is set at Rs 39,999, but customers can get a launch coupon discount of Rs 3,000, bringing the effective price down to Rs 36,999. Buyers can also choose a No Cost EMI option for up to six months. The device is available through Amazon in three colour options including Cyprus Green, Misty Purple and Nebula Titanium.
The Tecno Camon 50 Ultra 5G features a 6.78 inch 1.5K ProXDR curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1208 by 2644 pixels. The screen supports a 144Hz refresh rate and a 2800Hz touch sampling rate, offering smoother scrolling and a responsive experience during gaming and regular use. The display also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection.
For durability, the smartphone is equipped with IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for resistance against dust and water. It also carries MIL STD 810H military grade certification, making it more suitable for users who want a sturdy device.
