Maruti Brezza Facelift Set to Debut with Turbo Power and Premium Features
Maruti Suzuki is preparing to launch the refreshed Brezza with a turbo petrol engine updated styling premium cabin features and enhanced technology aiming to strengthen its compact SUV position.

Maruti Suzuki is ready to introduce the 2026 Brezza Facelift on July 24 with a refreshed design, upgraded technology, and a new turbocharged petrol engine. The latest version is expected to give the popular compact SUV a stronger presence in one of the country’s most competitive vehicle segments.
The biggest highlight of the updated Brezza is the introduction of a 1.0 litre Boosterjet turbo petrol engine. This unit is expected to deliver 109 bhp of power and 170 Nm of torque. Buyers will also continue to have the option of the existing 1.5 litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, allowing them to choose between performance and conventional driving preferences. Both manual and automatic transmission options are expected to be available.
Maruti has also refreshed the SUV with several exterior and interior improvements. The updated model will feature newly designed alloy wheels and LED fog lamps that give the vehicle a sharper and more modern appearance. Inside the cabin, the company has focused on comfort and convenience with a range of premium additions.
The cabin will include ventilated front seats for greater comfort during long drives and hot weather conditions. A new 10.1 inch touchscreen infotainment system is expected to provide improved connectivity and entertainment features. The interior will also receive 64 color ambient lighting, creating a more premium atmosphere for passengers.
The refreshed Brezza arrives at a time when competition in the sub four meter SUV category is stronger than ever. Popular rivals such as the Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and Kia Sonet continue to attract buyers with advanced features and powerful engines. Maruti aims to strengthen its position by offering a more feature rich and performance focused Brezza.
With its updated styling, new turbo engine, and modern technology, the 2026 Maruti Brezza Facelift is expected to remain a strong choice for compact SUV buyers. Complete pricing and variant details will be revealed during its official launch on July 24, making it a model worth considering for anyone planning to purchase a new SUV.
