iQOO Pad 5c Unveiled With Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Chip and Massive 10000mAh Battery

iQOO has expanded its tablet portfolio with the launch of the new iQOO Pad 5c in China. The latest device is aimed at users looking for a premium tablet that delivers strong performance, long battery life and an immersive multimedia experience. The company has not yet confirmed whether the tablet will be introduced in India or other global markets.

A major highlight of the iQOO Pad 5c is its large 10000mAh battery. According to the company, the tablet can deliver up to 12.3 hours of online video playback on a single charge. It also claims an extended power reserve of up to 1000 days when the device is kept in standby mode, making it suitable for users who do not use their tablet regularly but want it ready when needed.

The tablet features a 12.1 inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The high refresh rate is designed to provide smoother scrolling, gaming and video playback, while the large display offers an enhanced viewing experience for both work and entertainment.

Powering the iQOO Pad 5c is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. The tablet is available with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 4.1 internal storage, providing fast performance for multitasking, gaming and demanding applications.

Running on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, the tablet also includes a 3D cooling system that helps manage heat during intensive workloads. This thermal solution is designed to reduce performance throttling and maintain consistent operation over extended periods of use.

For photography and video calls, the tablet is equipped with an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. Audio performance is handled by a quad speaker panoramic sound system, offering a richer entertainment experience for movies, games and music.

Connectivity options include Wi Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4 with a wireless range of up to 10 metres and a USB Type C port for charging and data transfer. Despite its large battery, the tablet maintains a slim profile with a thickness of 6.62mm and weighs approximately 584 grams, making it relatively easy to carry.

The iQOO Pad 5c has been introduced in three configurations in China. The base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at CNY 2699, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant costs CNY 2999. The top end model featuring 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is available for CNY 3499.

Customers in China can purchase the tablet through Vivo’s online store in Grey Crystal and Silver Wing colour options. With its combination of a flagship grade processor, large battery, high resolution display and premium design, the iQOO Pad 5c is positioned as a strong choice for users seeking a capable Android tablet.
